Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to officially post.
Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at pawsntotes@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at pawsntotes@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
